Responsibilities
Philanthropic Giving, Community Partnership & Volunteering Program Management
Partnerships
Develop and execute a hometown, national and regional partnerships strategy that supports our larger People & Impact strategy and goals, inclusive of Board Placements and associate engagement
Partner with DEI, ERGs and Talent Acquisition on related external partnerships
Work with Corporate Communications and other relevant partners on brand/company presence at Community-related events
Build and manage a trackable associate volunteer and giving program, inclusive of a volunteer/giving portal, policies/requirements and matching considerations
Lead planning of large-scale company volunteer events and support teams in planning of smaller-scale volunteer events
Manage evolution of associate-driven Community Engagement Team
Partner with Corporate Communications on community-related storytelling opportunities
Manage community engagement budget and related invoices
Report regularly on relevant KPIs(e.g., impact metrics, dollars donated, volunteer hours, event engagement)
Build relationships with client and retail partner Community Engagement leads on potential collaboration
DEI/ESG Strategy
Identify opportunities to integrate Community Engagement into DEI, Sustainability and business growth efforts, partnering with appropriate business units to execute
Lead community response to cultural issues and natural disasters
Own strategy and application process for Community-related external rankings and awards, in partnership with Corporate Communications
Support ESG report development, as needed
Represent DEI & ESG team at company, recruiting and community events
Qualifications
Required
Located within or in commuting distance of St. Louis, Missouri
7+ years of work experience in Community Relations/Philanthropy/ESG (or related fields) with strong intercultural competencies
Ability to travel regularly
Experience managing local and national community partnerships
Experience managing a volunteer program and planning small and large-scale volunteer events
Purpose and values-driven individual who has a passion for community, DEI and sustainability
Be able to embrace and lead change with a resilient attitude; and ability to work cross-functionally with flexibility and agility in role
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to positively engage and motivate others
Interest in ESG-related cross-skilling
Desired
Experience working in a global corporation, with over 10K+ field and corporate office employees
Experience with ESG report development

Position Summary
As Manager, Community Engagement you’ll lead our efforts to on our people-focused impact by partnering with hometown, regional and national organizations that share our vision and values. This role will lead the philanthropic efforts, oversee Company’s volunteer initiatives and drive community partnerships.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree Business or Human Resources
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business or Human Resources
7+ years of work experience in Community Relations/Philanthropy/ESG (or related fields) with strong intercultural competencies
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
