Summary

Associate Business Manager

Associate Business Manager is an entry level Business Management position responsible for supporting private label products and their marketing plans.

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000

Position Summary

Associate Business Manager is an entry level Business Management position responsible for supporting private label products and their marketing plans.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports specific private label products &/or categories through analysis & development of: marketing plans; product promotions; advertising; in-store displays; merchandising strategies; inventory forecasting; inventory forecasting; category support for small categories/suppliers.

• Assists with new product development

• Performs trend & various sales data analysis

Has routine interactions with own, limited number of suppliers/customers under supervision of direct manager

• Domestic: May communicate cost increases and related information with limited negotiating.

• International: May engage in limited negotiations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports

  • This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

  • Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing

0-2 Years of experience

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills

Good Interpersonal Skills

Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers

Research & Analysing Skills

Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
