* Responsibilities: *

  • Design and implement a campus outreach strategy to support businessobjectivesand needs

  • Partner with business leaders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs 

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for the Advantage Solutions internship program

  • Build andmaintainpartnerships with campus contacts - career services, professors, and internal campus recruiting teams

  • Leverage data to lead the development and execution of campus recruiting and early talent strategies

  • Create and manage efficient interview and talent selection processes whilemaintaininga best-in-class candidate experience

  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for candidates through their full-time hire date (recruitment and interview process + internship program)

  • Develop a strong pipeline of talent through sourcing, social media, and other non-traditional recruiting strategies

  • Coordinate and lead all in-person and virtual recruitment efforts

*Qualifications: *

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience isrequired

  • 3+ years of professional experience in University Relations

  • Proven experience with ATS and HRIS platforms, as well asleveragingcollege recruiting platforms (i.e.: Handshake)  

  • Ability to travel up to 40% during peak internship recruiting season

  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset

  • Exceptional organization and planning skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to develop strategic plans to grow the business. 

  • Strong computer skills includingproficiencywith Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to gain a deeper understanding of business strategies and talent needs; and design and implement a campus outreach strategy to support those business objectives needs

  • Develop a strong pipeline of talent through sourcing, social media, and other non-traditional recruiting strategies in order to hire top talent for the Advantage Solutions internship program

  • Building and maintaining partnerships with campus contacts (career services, professors, and internal campus recruiting teams). Coordinate and lead all in-person and virtual recruitment efforts

  • Create and manage efficient interview and talent selection processes while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience

Supervisor Responsibilities

Direct Reports

  • Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

  • May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

  • Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job

  • Travel up to 30 %

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience is required

  • 3-5 Years of experience in University Relations

  • Proven experience with ATS and HRIS platforms, as well as leveraging college recruiting platforms (i.e.: Handshake)

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Non-Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
