Summary

New Hire Experience Concierge

New Hire Experience Concierge will provide a best-in-class experience for new employees transitioning from onboarding to hire. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a positive and outgoing approach, and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

The Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to new team members, providing support through the transition from onboarding to hire

• Provide warm handoff from Pre-Boarding Experience Coordinator, ensuring all trailing questions and needs are cared for and managed

• Maintain relationships with new hires to confirm all required actions are completed and listen for concerns and needs in the post-hire transition

• Escalate issues for action and maintain communication and documentation for all relevant details

• Manage reporting requirements including maintaining requisition and new hire data

• Execute processes to deliver various materials, information pieces, and other relevant items as part of the onboarding and hire process

• Act as liaison and support to maintain momentum and identify opportunities for enhanced support

  • This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

(Preferred): Associate's Degree Or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

Years of experience in 5 years

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment

Strong Priortizing Skills

Knowledge of generally accepted practices, procedures, & standard policy & procedure development techniques

Ability to Ensure High Levels of Service & Quality are Maintained

Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Typically, requires the abilty to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
