Manage SCRUM processes for one or more project/product teams simultaneously
Coach team members on SCRUM process, and ensure understanding of Importance and proper execution of each ceremony
Host daily Stand Up meetings, note blocks, recap and follow up to ensure blocks are cleared and team is unhindered in completing their planned work
Track and manage burn down rates and trends to allow accuracy in delivery estimates and timelines
Manage backlog, in coordination with Product Owner and their associated responsibilities, ensuring it is up to date, prioritized and prepared for ceremonies
Assist in requirements documentation, story writing and planning in coordination with client team BA and Product Owner
Coordinate UAT testing procedures and follow up actions from UAT testing
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field
SCRUM certifications and/or at least 2 years’ experience as SCRUM master
Experience with Azure Dev Ops and or similar, Microsoft Suite of Tools, and Visio and/or other visualization tools preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence in presenting and leadership qualities

This position will also be responsible for the design of complex transformational strategies and maximizing the business value of products, managing major product lines, and bringing those products to market.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product scope and goals.
Lead efforts to gather and translate business requirements into system specifications.
Gain a deep understanding of business processes, use cases, and data needs of stakeholders.
Define product roadmap, including features/milestones for major and minor releases.
Partner with Executive Stakeholders to build consensus.
Evaluate the suitability of various platforms and technologies, suggest alternative approaches and recommend technical solutions, methodologies or strategies.
Perform research to commercialize a product line
Managing major systems and platforms
Work with Leadership to develop product portfolios for IT Service offerings. Develop a strategy for the implementation and rollout of these service offerings.
Utilize a wide array of analytical and design tools to understand and address the needs of the enterprise (running workshops, stakeholder interviews, secondary research, working with specialists).
Network and collaborate with business units in the company to assess needs across the various business units and identify strategic opportunities to consolidate systems and capabilities.
Consult with business units to understand current business processes and provide recommendations on how to leverage technology to streamline processes.

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Must have an undergraduate degree in business, management information systems, computer science or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in in project management of varied complexities and scope.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work effectively with management
• Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
• Ability to be creative in designing products
• Previous experience taking a product line to market is preferred
• Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
• Proficient in Project Management tools (i.e., MS Project) or similar project tool (s)
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
