Meet with Manager daily to discuss starting point and order of business for each day
Partner with Inventory Manager to perform duties related to the requisition, reception, storage, and disbursement of materials and supplies
Work with Material Movement Team and Line Lead to tear down, set up, and ensure production lines are working correctly and efficiently
Monitor the receiving process by verifying all deliveries, reconciling shipping invoices, and organizing or distributing incoming deliveries
Supervise Mastering Area and assist in the maintenance of records on the destination, weight, and charges on all incoming and outgoing freight
Inspect and perform regular maintenance and cleaning of items returning from the field, appropriately report damage or restoration needs to ensure they are event ready as needed
Collect daily checklists from Line Lead, Poster Lead, and Mastering Lead to monitor productivity and issues that arise throughout each day
High School Diploma or GED required; Logistics related courses or equivalent experience
1 year of warehouse leadership preferred
1-3 years of Shipping/Receiving, general maintenance, and computer inventory control systems or applicable work experience preferred
Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse equipment required
Ability to train and develop new warehouse hires
Ability to frequently lift, stoop with and/or move more than 50lbs

The primary role of the Warehouse Lead is to manage the day-to-day project load of the warehouse and distribution center team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for interfacing directly with office leadership and department staff to develop schedules, manage competing deadlines, assign tasks to other warehouse personnel, and follow-up to ensure completion. Provide quality control for large fulfillment orders by spot checking others’ work for accuracy. Assist with the receiving function of the warehouse; ensure goods are received in good order, verify correct quantities, etc., and maintain vendor relationships to order products and materials for the warehouse.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling work teams
Work with management to determine amount of time necessary to complete given projects and assign human resources accordingly to ensure on-time completion.
Manage limited human resources against project load that is constantly evolving.
Resolve project scheduling conflicts as they arise.
- Assist in the execution of project work by fulfilling sales orders and preparing orders for shipment.
General facilities administrative work
- Maintain accurate project files as required by management team; copying and filing may be required.
Employ best in class procedures for receiving inventory from our 3 rd party vendors; verifying quantities, inspecting merchandise, alerting individuals/teams who are affected by delivery and oversee proper storage of received materials.
Print and distribute sales orders for processing by warehouse crew. Work with Product Sales team to receive sales orders and route to internal teams for timely and accurate processing.
Project status update meetings
- Attend meetings as necessary to ensure proper project planning and to elevate any issues that may become obstacles to meeting deadlines.
- Inspect finished goods, kits, and projects for defects. Address and resolve quality issues as they are discovered.
- Work directly with 3rd party suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of purchased goods and services. Negotiate pricing and issue purchase orders where necessary.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Education Level: (Required) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
3-5 years of experience in warehouse and/or fulfillment center operations

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
