Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning partner for broker/the Company participating in high-level strategic planning discussions; involved in the planning processes, best practice developments and system improvements with Clients Senior Management Team.

  • Manage communication with broker field sales on all Client SAP Planning System direction, priorities, communication and reporting updates.

  • Develop learning solutions, design, rollout and execute broker training materials for Client.

  • On-Board and train all new Company BDM’s and BAA’s supporting Clients SAP Planning Tool.

  • Consult with users, management, and client to assess needs and requirements. Provide solutions and alternatives based on business requirements.

  • Develop custom reporting systems that track data input integrity and monitors trade fund budgets specific to broker accounts; Develop scorecards for user competencies, usage, data integrity and system error reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required

  • 5+ years of experience in applicable field

  • Experience working and interfacing with executive level positions

  • Expertise in Client financial management systems

  • Ability to work effectively with management

  • Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people

Position Summary

The Manager Client System Solutions is responsible for providing key support to the planning, management, and oversight of the Client’s SAP Planning System as the representative for broker/the Company. Develop learning solutions and training programs; manage communications with broker field sales; provide leadership in the day-to-day activities surrounding the Client’s SAP Planning System. Results will be obtained through effective planning, influence building and use of resources.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Thought Leadership

  • Strategic planning partner for broker/the Company participating in high-level strategic planning discussions; involved in the planning processes, best practice developments and system improvements with Clients Senior Management Team

  • Manage communication with broker field sales on all Client SAP Planning System direction, priorities, communication and reporting updates

  • Represent broker/the Company at Client monthly strategic SAP Planning System meetings at Client’s corporate offices

  • Leads Quarterly Broker Sales updates with Client’s broker sales and the Company’s Client Team personnel on progress, score-carding and reporting.

  • Best practice benchmarking with other Company Client Planning systems

  • Communicate and direct the Company Super User activities as needed

Client System Management

  • Develop learning solutions, design, rollout and execute broker training materials for Client

  • On-Board and train all new Company BDM’s and BAA’s supporting Clients SAP Planning Tool

  • Lead ongoing design and implementation of new phases of client’s SAP Planning Tool

  • Implement new practices/protocols/procedures or revisions to existing ones for Client’s core SAP

  • Planning System as directed by Client and/or Manager

  • Support training for Client’s Broker Manager Team

Systems Management

  • Consult with users, management and client to assess needs and requirements. Provide solutions and alternatives based on business requirements.

  • Liaison between the Company IT and Client IT for technical support issues

  • Direct/supervise the Company Super User support aligned to specific market(s) enabling “buddy system” interaction outside helpdesk support process.

  • Provide field level sales support on client SAP Planning Tool related to troubleshooting, inquiries, IT connectivity and/or general questions with field sales.

Scorecard & Reporting

  • Benchmark the Company user capabilities aligned to Client SAP Planning System to identify future training needs

  • Develop custom reporting systems that track data input integrity and monitors trade fund budgets specific to broker accounts

  • Develop scorecards for user competencies, usage, data integrity and system error reporting

  • Utilize Client’s SAP Planning System adhoc reporting capabilities for trade fund, promotional ROI and forecasting monitoring and reporting to in-field sales

Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements:

Travel and Driving is an essential duty and function of this job

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in applicable field

  • Experience working and interfacing with executive level positions

  • Expertise in Client financial management systems

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to make oral presentations

  • Ability to develop strategic plans to grow the business

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
