Responsibilities:

  • Support the IT organization time tracking process by managing weekly reporting, conducting weekly analyses, monthly analyses to support invoice processing, and ad hoc analyses as needed.

  • Contribute to the IT Vendor Management framework through ongoing tracker updates and ad hoc analysis.

  • Maintain and update the ITPMO Teams site and Routine and Rituals annual calendar as needed.

  • Assist in managing and documenting IT portfolio planning and analysis efforts.

  • Assist with the ITPMO onboarding and offboarding process.

  • Assist with weekly IT intake governance call recaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience is required, Business Administration or Project Management

  • 2–4 years of experience in a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Decision-making skills and sound judgment

  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

  • Ability to ensure high levels of service and quality are maintained

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced Excel skills – vlookup, pivot tables, referencing, sorting, and filtering

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level:Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study/Area of Experience:Business Administration or Project Management

Experience Requirements:2–4 years of experience in a related field
