Responsibilities:
Develop and execute both social and digital content productions
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Partner with internal account teams to effectively manage productions and content for all digital advertising, social media, photography, video, and more.
Assist in managing productions, including project plans, budgets, scheduling, and statements of work.
Assist with budget management and monthly reporting. Coordinate internal and external project resources to consistently meet client deliverables on time and within budget.
Partner with the Account lead to gather all required project assets from a client for delivery to internal departments.
Maintain working files/records on all projects.
Identify, communicate and propose a resolution of any issues to appropriate team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required;Bachelor of Arts & Media preferred; experience in Digital Marketing, preferred
3-4 years of experience as a content producer
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong understanding of production, photography, video, andpost-production
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team, share ideas, offer and accept constructive reviews
Outstanding communication skills, detail-oriented and highly organized

Position Summary
The Digital Producer will work on exciting digital projects for one of our largest clients. You will be the liaison between account, technology, creative and delivery teams and will learn everything about project management in the interactive/creative world!
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with internal account teams to effectively manage project responsibilities and deliverables for all digital advertising, web builds, mobile apps and more
Assist in the creation of clear documentation, including project plans, budgets, scheduling, and statements of work
Assist with budget management and monthly reporting
Coordinate internal and external project resources to consistently meet client deliverables on time and within budget
Actively contribute and lead team meetings regarding scheduling and deliverables
Partner with Account lead to gather all required project assets from client for delivery to internal departments
Assist in the coordination of regular site changes and updates
Maintain working files/records on all projects
Ensure the achievement of timelines, schedules and deadlines
Identify, communicate and propose resolution of any issues to appropriate team members to ensure project success
Assist the creation of detailed Scope of Work documents, Project Plans and estimates for new business opportunities
Ensure the highest-quality standards by performing quality control and testing on all client work
Stay current with interactive trends, and apply them proactively to meet client needs

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Bachelor’s of Arts & Media
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Digital Marketing, prefer
2-3 years of experience as a producer
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Strong understanding of web builds, online advertising and media buy for flash banners, rich media, and mobile
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience working with multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to create, maintain and drive a weekly production schedule
Ability to work as part of a team, share ideas; offer and accept constructive reviews
Outstanding communication skills, detail oriented and extremely organized.
Strong leadership skills and ability to present confidently
Passionate about digital and social marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
